Since our domain hosting was with the commercial provider, we wanted to minimize the downtime in changing from one provider to another. We kept both services operating for a short duration as we were making the transition. As usual there were minor "bugs" that popped up as we were completing the transfer of domain and mail hosting to Fat Banana. The benefit of this exercise was seeing the rapid response we had from the Fat Banana support in solving and eliminating these issues. Everything was "ironed" out in very short order and since the final switch over was completed we have had zero downtime and/or issues surface.
